He has been involved with numerous businesses and organizations at all stages of development from incorporation and financing to sale.
Nick has also been actively involved in politics and the not-for-profit sector for many years and advises numerous not-for-profit organizations. Licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario, Nick holds Law (JD) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Dalhousie University, a masters in tax law (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours in Philosophy (BA) from King’s College, Halifax. He is a registered Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP), trademark agent, commissioner and notary public.
