Welcome to the Metro Toronto Branch of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition! We are conveniently located at 150 Eglinton Avenue East, a pleasant 5 – 7 minute walk from the subway, at the intersection of Yonge and Eglinton (about 10 minutes South of 401 by car). With an abundance of resources at our footsteps, we offer students a vibrant and enriched learning experience in a great community setting.
The bustling area of midtown Toronto offers a wide variety of superb restaurants, cafes and local shops, including: the charming Istanbul Café, rated one of the top 3 coffee shops in the city (serves great Turkish teas, too!); Marcheleos goumet to-go; Mimi’s Café; popular vegetarian restaurant and juice bar Fresh; and mega stores Metro and Loblaws, both with a wide selection of organic products. Nutritionist’s haven and wellness quick stop, Noah’s Health Food Store, is a short distance from the school, and the Downtown Farmers Markets are all easily accessible by public transit.
To help you relax and relive stress, Yoga Tree Studio is just a few steps away, and Healthwinds, a holistic spa, is located East of the School. Living City Health, an alternative healthcare centre, is located right next door. To nourish your mind, Indigo Chapters is located North of the intersection. For research and reference needs, there are two easily
accessible libraries nearby: the North York Public Library (to the North of the intersection), and the Metro Toronto Reference Library (to the South of the intersection, with abundant resources in Consumer Health).
Once the Eglinton LRT construction is completed in the near future, CSNN Metro Toronto will be even more accessible from all over the city!

With the turn of the century, came the dawn of a new era of human awareness, bringing forth exciting discoveries and ideas for a better understanding of ourselves, and self-responsibility for our health. Over this time, the evolving field of holistic nutrition became, and continues to be, the ultimate preventative tool. As complementary health care practitioners, we must always be prepared to step in and provide the type of health care services our communities need now and in the future. We recognize that knowledge in natural nutrition is key in serving this growing need.
The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) offers two interactive types of study: classroom and online. Our school was founded for the specific purpose of creating a center for learning with a strong practical and clinical approach to holistic nutrition. All courses in the program are designed to provide essential nutritional knowledge as well as to develop the client/practitioner relationship. Students who successfully complete the program qualify for professional designations and titles that are exclusive to our graduates.
